This project took us from Los Angeles to Hillsborough for a full day of filming at the iconic Bing Crosby Estate. With the weight of its history and the legacy it carries, we knew this shoot was more than just documenting a property. It was about honoring a story.

Our approach was to capture the elegance of this older-style home in its best light, balancing wide cinematic frames with intimate details that reveal its character. We filmed in both horizontal and vertical formats to create assets that could live seamlessly on the MLS and resonate on Instagram. For social media, we leaned into a faster-paced edit designed to capture attention and drive engagement.
