At Century Plaza

This project is one of my favorites. Park Elm has been called the most move-in-ready luxury condo development in the country, and capturing that level of refinement required a careful approach. Over three days, we produced three distinct films: a guided unit tour with Neyshia on camera, a lifestyle editorial that conveyed the feeling of living at Park Elm, and a polished showcase of the amenities. Although many shots overlapped, each film was crafted to serve its own purpose.

Our goal was to bring Park Elm’s vision to life, presenting it as a sanctuary in the sky at the cultural heart of Century Plaza. The unit tour highlighted the design, finishes, and livability while building trust through Neyshia’s presence. The lifestyle film was created to embody the aspirational quality of Park Elm and position it apart from competitors like 8899 Beverly and Pendry. The amenities video rounded out the campaign with a clear, structured look at everything residents receive, from concierge and valet service to wellness spaces and outdoor dining.

Production stretched from morning through sunset, blending cinematic visuals with storytelling that reflected the brand’s refined and inviting identity. The films were created for discerning buyers who value both sanctuary and connection, from pied-à-terre owners to second-home investors. The message was simple. Park Elm offers more than a residence. It is a complete lifestyle, where privacy, service, and community exist in perfect harmony.
