Stoneridge Lane
Bel Air
This was the client’s first time producing a film for the property. The home had been on the market for some time, and the goal was to change the narrative by marketing it in a completely different way. While visitors were struck by its scale and design, the previous marketing never captured that experience. At a $25,000,000 price point, the presentation had to match the level of the home. We proposed a full-length cinematic film supported by two social-first edits to maximize reach and momentum.
From the outset, we envisioned the buyer as someone design-conscious, likely a younger musician or artist who values exceptional architecture, privacy, and the ability to entertain. With that in mind, we crafted a storyboard that emphasized natural light flowing through expansive living areas, the drama of the grand entry, the seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces, and the rare flat lot that set this property apart in Bel Air.
In post-production, the focus was on engagement. The final edits balanced cinematic beauty with pacing designed to hold attention from start to finish. The film showcased the property exactly as it was meant to be seen, highlighting the views, architecture, and scale in a way that positioned it ahead of its competition.
